چکیده
The objective of this study was to evaluate the biofertilizers effect in Panicum maximaum (cv. Mombaza) and Brachiaria brizantha tropical grasses production. Microorganisms were obtained rhizosphere plants. To establish an effective symbiosis with native strains Azospirillum, Azotobacter mycorrhizal fungi, experiments carried out greenhouse field. used combined (CC), semisolid medium Nitrogen free malate as nitrogen source (NFB), (azot) Azospirillum (Azos). For 6 treatments used: T1-control, T2-fertilized, T3-brown spore, T4-honey T4-black spore T5-commercial spore. microorganism field those that showed effectivity greenhouse. T1: control, T2: inorganic fertilizer, T3: + Azotobacter, T4: T5: commercial biofertilizer. variables evaluated dry weight (DW), radicular (RW), volume (RV), stem diameter (SD) total height (TH). Results for B. indicate differences (P≤0.05). Application (T3) favored development plant stem. biofertilizer (T5) increased production matter 0.99 kg/m2. In respect P. maximum grass, they not detected significative (P≥0.05) between treatments, however, biological results fertilizer (T2) 1.34 kg / m2 comparison 0.72 m2.
